Meaning:
Cooler than Nice.
Normally the word "nice" means cool. e.g. "Dude, check these moves out on street fighter." Other dude, "Nice".
Now to be even cooler, use "Ice". E.g. "Dude, I just owned online in street fighter and gots some kick ass ranking." Other dude, "Ice."
